Talking about Mental Health

The Phoenix Project is all about combating isolation, tackling stigma and giving a voice to people with experience of mental health issues. Members of the Pass It On Collective and True Thoughts projects have been getting together at South Street Studios, sometimes with invited guests, to talk about the things that support their wellbeing.
