The Phoenix Club is back open and serving hot meals on a Friday!

The Phoenix Project is an independent mental health charity based at the Quaker Meeting House on Fonnereau Road in Ipswich. We have an open door policy with a welcoming and non-judgmental environment. 

The Phoenix Club operates here on a Friday from 10am - 2pm. We are a friendly and inclusive group of adults 16+ who are affected by mental health issues.

We are a social group offering friendship, support, understanding and a listening ear.

We also include activities in music, art, photography and media including our True Thoughts Radio Show.

On Fridays at 12pm we offer a nutritious lunch, which includes a vegetarian option and other dietary needs by prior arrangement. Booking by 12pm advisable. Anyone is welcome to join us for a tea or coffee from 10am.
