About

True Thoughts started out as a radio project in conjunction with the Phoenix Project, as a platform to discuss topics including mental health.

Over lockdown we were forced to adapt the project and bring in other creative means of expression, as we were not able to sit all together in a radio studio. True Thoughts is now a creative project using art, music, conversation, creative writing and more, as a means to express thoughts on well being and mental health.

It gives opportunity to have your voice heard while building confidence and self-worth in a friendly environment .
